Was this difficult to find for anyone else, or do I just need to get good? I clearly had the tools to find them, but I feel like I had no way of knowing. I see the value of using the mineral detector to find fragments now, but when you're getting pings to scan a plasma cutter you've already unlocked, it seems easy to miss a fragment you really need scattered amongst fragments that will just turn into titanium. The ships have both PPU fragments and others.I know I should just be scanning everything, but I missed that breadcrumb due to the area having both a new fish and the component to scan. I am pretty sure I swam by a PPU fragment that wasn't behind a panel, but I thought the notification was telling me to scan a fish.Scanner and fragment finding can give conflicting results. Is there a log or message that tells you that PPUs can be found in ships? I saw one message about scavenging ships for components, but that could easily be referring to the actual wreckage pieces you can break down into Titanium, or the items in chests within the ships.I guess what I am asking is what guidance was I supposed to have to point me to the ship wreckage to look for this item? I had randomly been inside one of the ships, but I completely missed the panels where the PPU fragments are. I was starting to get worried because I had found 2/3 of the Architect Components, and that felt way too far long to not have progressed at all in Margarit's story. Recently, I gave in and looked up where to find the PPU because I knew it was important to the story and I hadn't found anything about it. Long story short, I had a general understanding of the changing biomes, how you progress through different depths and the search for fragments. When I saw Below Zero was released, I figured it would be more fun to play it myself. Context first, I never played the original but I watched a couple of streamers beat it.
